On 26th of july around 6:55pm i tried to recharge my jio sim through upi (Bhim app) which was linked to my sbi account, the amount was deducted i. E, rs.398/- but, i didn't receive the recharge. I called jio customer care and they told me to contact my bank, i did that and they provide me a website so, that i can lodge a complaint regarding about my concern. (Support. [protected]@sbi.co.in) this is the very website. I did lodge 3-4 complaints at the same website and i started to receive so many fraud calls around 9-12 from different numbers simultaneously pretending to be from bhim complaints and refund team/jio-support. I even got mail from them asking the details of my card information. I contact sbi customer care and narrated all the incidents how it happened actually but, they couldn't help me and provide me this very website to lodge a complaint.
