State Bank Of India [SBI] — Harassment by bank authority for property loan | |||
Sir I am Srikanta Kanrar s/o joydev kanrar vill & Po Tulsiberia, PS uluberia, dist Howrah, i am defence serving person presently posted at himachal pradesh, field & highaltude area near China border. When I was posted at Kolkata (Mominpur) then I was applied a property loan for rs 18.5 lacs in SBI Mominpur branch. Provisional sanction given by SBI jiveen deep on Aug 2016. Then I submitted all documents after six month bank sanction for rs 13.80 lakhs on 16 Feb 2017. My wife meet with bank authority for resubmission of the case bank auth said by mistake it was sanction you will be paid 18.50 lakhs. On 27 mar 17 bank said that you will be pay only rs 11.20 lakhs. In view of the above my wife applied for return my all documents. Pl take needful action against SBI staff. Was this information helpful? | |||
