I have received my atm card before more than 6 month and i am visited to the branch 10 time and meet to manager 5 time for my pin but harassment going on and on
Manager also not giving proper answer when my atm pin is come and what is the process to got new pin manager do not help they simple told i dont know whats the matter
2 time i have give online complain and written complain but nothing happen
I can not operate the account properly because of i am not get my atm pin from more than 6 months
Take immediate and strict action on this branch employees and senior manager and assistant manager as soon as possible
