State Bank Of India [SBI] — Haven't received my debit card

Address: Amararaja batteries ltd, karakambadi village, tirupati district

Sir, My SBI debit card was dispatched on 25/10/2023 and also reached my nearest post office on 28/10/2023. But it was never out for delivery till date. When I inquired of the matter the Post Office employees said that the parcel hasn't arrived. I haven't contacted the Speed Post but no step has been taken against them.
