State Bank Of India [SBI] — home loan emi not debited from my account

Dear State Bank India,

My Self Rakesh Gaonkar, I have a Home Loan account in SBI and account no. –[protected], and this account is auto debited my EMI through my Bank Of Maharashtra account no. [protected]. This account auto debit is active from my 1st installment that is in the year of 2016, but after July 2018 to Dec 2018 SBI has not debited my installment and they have not informed me about this and this I have found when I check my Bank Of Maharashtra monthly statement.

So on 14th Dec 2018, when I visit the SBI Ghatkopar Branch for this query I didn’t get the information about this and, they are blaming me for this mistake and also they told me that I need to pay some amount of penalty for this mistake which is not done my me.

Hence i will not going to pay any penalty till I get the clarification for this.
I need this to be clarify within 2 working days as the SBI Ghatkopat Branch is charging me late payment penalty.
