State Bank Of India [SBI] — Home Loan LOS not working

My home loan proccess is complete and payment disbursment is pending only for approval/sanction in LOS. But bank, s LOS System is not working from last 25 days as per bank statement. Please help me. Kindly help me sir/madam.

Please sir if you are able to contact with sbi banks HOD, s and IT department of SBI bank talk with them and tell them to operate LOS system with immediate effect and approve my home loan so that I do not suffer.
