Not registered online banking...Why ?

I often go to deposit money in sbi's thakurganj branch.they always distribute the tokens but they follow this rule when they want.they most of the time give the reason of server not working.is public fool.when they r taking money randomly, why not take mone by token when everyone has token in their hand.bankers don't follow the token rule.

I changed my mobile number in sbi home branch but in sbi rewards app show my old number otp also send that number only plz change update my new number [protected]
