State Bank Of India [SBI] — I am complaining about non receiving of sms alerts

I was instructed in DEC 16/ Jan 17 to get register Aadhar card Pan card Multi purpose form for Registration of mobile number, I have Submitted all necessary documents, Aadhar card Pan card Multi purpose form for Registration of mobile number, BUT
no SMS for credit entries is provided & further using *99# it shows mobile number is not registered pl. explain who debit entry is intimated
