State Bank Of India [SBI] — I forgot my SBI profile password and wanna know my DOB in core of sbi account

Hi Sir! i forgot my profile password of SBI account, so i filled the forgot password details and submitted. then getting error as Please enter the date of birth which has been registered in the Core Banking. but i don't know what the dob in core. please let me know what the dob in core banking.
