State Bank Of India [SBI] — i have received a sms that rs 12 has been debited from my account though i haven't done any transaction

What type of issue is this.
This proves that sbi is not at all secure
As i haven't done any transaction and it's showing i have transferred rs12 and my account has been debited for rs12.
Please help me out with the issue as soon as possible.
I'm really worried about the security of my sbi bank account.
My account has been debited for no reason.
Sbi is faking it's customers by doing these types of fake debit transactions from tje customers bank account.
