PPF interest for FY 2016-17 is not credited in my account. When I called to customer care department, they are not able to answer my question . I have also called my home branch but they are also not responding. I just want to know why interest is not credited in PPF account.

My account balance is near about 26000 in Dec 2016.
In last year Dec 2016 I use my card for purchase of a mobile cost 18000 and 2000 also deducted for some payment. Today I checked my bal and found that it is zero. Please help me. Why my account balance is zero. My account in kolkata. George gate.
