Hi,
I have my account with SBI Branch J.L.N.M.C.H (Code 8957), Bhagalpur. I had applied for Internet Banking Service at the branch more than two months ago and the branch manager issued an Internet Banking Kit (Kit# M[protected], Packet#M2203, Circle Code09, Serial#02) and confirmed that it will be activated in 3-5 business days. However, it has been non-operative even now after making several visits to the branch. The branch manager does not seem to be knowledgable about it and does not have any clue about it.
After facing the bank's poor customer service, I myself created a fresh user ID 79001406 online at onlinesbi.com and have reported about the same to the bank but again, they have not been able to map it to my bank account. (Refer Scr No 67108 and PPK No UA[protected].
It has been a very bad customer service experience at the country's leading bank and would like to escalate about it. Can somebody please help me in this matter?
