State Bank Of India [SBI] — I'm complaining about refund is not credited yet

Sir,
I placed an order on Zomato on 05/06/2021 (order no.[protected]) of Rs. 218.55/- but my order was cancelled by zomato, money got deducted and instantly received a message from zomato executivesaying that my order was Cancelled and i will receive my refund in my payment source i paid through sbi( paytm upi ) .After that i received a message again from zomato on 06/06/2020 " your Refund for order no. is processed and your payment will reflect in account in 2-5working days "
As i wait for whole 7 days for refund but amount was not credited. The Refund reference no. is :[[protected]]
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER SBI bank and do the needful.
