Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 4th july 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

The unique transaction reference number[protected] please resolve the issue.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund..

The employee of state bank of india . Kalyan - west. Branch. Murbad road.

When the reporting time is 10:15 am ge comes everyday at 11:45 am.

He works at F D department.

He is from south india.

customers have to await for 2 hours.

Some are senior citizens.

Hope action will be taken.
