State Bank Of India [SBI] — I'm not able to login

Address: Sikar, Rajasthan, 332001

Topic:-i am not able to register to make user name or password using my 19-digit card number.

I want to say that i have maestro card which has 19-digit atm card number.
So i am unable to register my login details there the option is only of 16-digit card numbers. So i requested to the bank managers that they solve my problem as soon as possible
So i want solution immediately.
