Had a very bad experience in Banking with SBI!!! Today I have transferred 500 to another account using IMPS option in my mobile app. And in the SBI's official app it is clearly mentioned as NIL charged for IMPS below 1000. But my account was charged 5.75 for transferring just 500. I have called customer care and very very very poor response from them. They are saying 5.75 is debited from your account but you should contact your branch and we cannot help on this issue. My question is then what is the purpose of Customer Care? For that 5.75 i should take a work off and visit my Branch? To visit the brank why we are relying on online transfers and what purpose it serves??
Second is, every quarter Charges are being debited in the name of SMS CHARGES. But am not getting messages to my REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER even more than 10000 is credited on my account. Then for what the charges are being debited??
You are charging for all the basic services still the service is VERY VERY VERY POOR!!! Even a multinational Bank which operates here wont charge that much. And they arr FAR VERY BETTER THAN SBI IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS!!!
MY LAST OPTION LEFT IS JUST CLOSING ACCOUNT AND MOVING TO SOMEOTHER BANK WHICH PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE FOR THE REASONABLE CHARGE THEY LEVY!! Was this information helpful? |
