State Bank Of India [SBI] — IMPS Done but this amount has not been credited to the beneficiary account

Respective concerns,
This is to inform you that, i have transferred the amount of rs-5000
On 20/04/2017 via net banking but this amount has not been credited to
The beneficiary account also not been reversed back in my account.

I'm fail to understand that where the same amount is laying with.

My earnest request you to please solve this matter at the earliest.
