State Bank Of India [SBI] — imps transaction timed out - visa fee

Hi, on 20th may i made an imps transaction for paying visa fee. I got a message saying transaction timed out. The amount has been debited from my account. I spoke to sbi customer care on 21st when i was informed that i needed to wait till 21st may midnight to check and see if the money would be refunded or transaction completed. I called back today on 22nd may and i am informed that i need to wait for another 2-3 days for lodging the complaint. They have the worst service ever. No one cares about the pain the normal customer goes through while always ready to lend and sing and dance to the tunes of the likes of vijay mallya and nirav modi but harassing the common man. When I am debiting my money From ATM The ATM gives a Receipt with a message that the ATM usage limits exceeds. The number of Transaction no. is 1524 and the ATM ID is s10g[protected].
So kindly please look on to my issue and reply me as soon as possible.
