State Bank Of India [SBI] — in my account amount was debited but not refunded

Hai sir i withdraw amount of 5000 in sbi kioski bank with aadhar (Aeps)

In my account amount was debited but sbi kioski bank system screen message is transaction failed
Your account is locked

Please solve my problem sir
