I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past ten years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of rs. 354+354+118 = rs 826/- has been deducted from my account for updating my passbook. Since no charges are made when we update our book in passbook printing machine.

I need an clarification why the deduction is made.

I forget my online SBI banking user ID& password by mistake there why I cannot use my online SBI banking service if any way is there to recover my user ID & password then please help me to use this facility
