Sir, i m hikmatiar mallick, ac no [protected]. I am facing followed problem since i had opened this account
1) error while adding beneficiary. Error states "we have some technical issue, please contact home branch". I was visited tamluk branch but they didn't help me. I was submitted online complain 2-3 times but they closed the complain and problem remains the same.
2) cant use sbi anywhere. While reg & log in, app showing error as "invalid user". I was following these step for log in - open appregisterexisting anywhere/inb userenter username & password error as "invalid user". But using same username and password i am logging in web version.
