[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — internet username password not working

This is horrible. Internet username pwd kit is not working. You go home with a kit saying it can be used in 24hrs, but even after 24 hrs the username pwd doesn't work and gives an error message saying 'invalid username pwd'?
How can it be invalid if its not even used once.

This is a high priority issue, lots of other people are also facing similar problems.
This needs to be looked at immediately. My kit is issued from cbd belapur, navi mumbai mct fulfilment division.

I received the kit at nagpur dharampeth branch.

Please look at this problem immediately as its my only online account and is now non-functional.

Initially the staff was hesitant but later guided me through the entire process well.

This complaint has been dealt with at Nagpur branch successfully. For other members who are still waiting on ..you need to visit the branch where your account is located. There you need to speak to one of the IT experts who will either get you a new login kit or will check your details for any previously issued kit and will advice you on the procedure ahead.
I am able to login now successfully. Thank you
