State Bank Of India [SBI] — Irctc refunded my money they issued ARL num but money still not come in my A/c

According irctc my money Rs 5971. has been refund by irctc they give me ARL number
but money still not come in my account
when i went to bank he said to kindly contact to irctc but irctc said that u can track from ARL number i can ask from bank, help to refund my money plz track from ARL number
my A/c is SBI bank, branch - jankipuram, Lucknow
kindly help to refund my money its request to you
