I had purchased tickets yesterday i.e. 08/07/2018 amounting Rs. 3982.84/-
neither 1.8% transaction charges got waived of nor i got 10%cashback on 3A tier tickets..
the loyalty card is already registered to my irctc account, then why none of the benefits im getting??

none of our stated benefits got credited, why they fooling customer if their systems and facilities are not compatible or competence??

the stated benefits of sbi irctc card from which i got zero benefits.
350 bonus reward points on spends of Rs.500 or more within 45 days of card issuance
Upto 10% value back as reward points on buying train tickets at irctc.co.in for AC1, AC2 and AC CC categories
1.8% transaction charge waiver every time you book your train tickets at irctc.co.in
1 reward point for every Rs.125 spent on non-fuel purchases
2.5% fuel surcharge waiver across all petrol pumps in India
Use your reward points to book free train tickets (1 reward point = 1 rupee)

i didn't got 350reward points even after spending 2500 within 1st week of delivery of the card.

i didn't got 10% value back as reward points even after booking 3A tier tickets

i didn't got 1.8 transaction charge waiver booked thru irctc.co.in

i had filled petrol worth rs300/- didn't got reward point for that too. neither 2.5% fuel surcharge waiver.

i guess there is no point in spending 500 annual fees if this service is to be rendered. Kindly refund my annual fees.
this is not upto the mark.
