State Bank Of India [SBI] — irrelevant deduction and amount is not refunded

Dear sir,
I have made payment through bharat qr for booking ticket from irctc.co.in on 30th aug, 2017. I tried seven times but every time amount for the ticket was debited from my account but my ticket was not booked. My sbi account no. Is [protected], name vaibhav katiyar. Here i am sharing my bharat qr payment reference no. And amount and attached the related reference please find it
