Dear sir,
I am nitin dahiphale, regular customer of your bank. Today, 21/04/2017, i visited to your kamothe branch. I simply asked to mr brijmohan kashyap that i want to complain about poor service of the branch therfore i wanted name of respective authority where i can complain. To my surprise he answered me "main kyun batau" (Why should i tell).
So i visited to the manager of the branch, she assured me that she will see the matter and i am sure that she will not take any action, as she was taking it so lightly.
I hope your bank might have some guidelines related to how to talk to customer.
Kindly take necessary action against this rude behavior.
