Hi team,
Me and my wife opened jan dhan saving account in sbi branch gohana and my wife provided that account no in lic for money back. Now situation is that lic said we have deposit the amount in account provided by you, but we didnt received amount in our account. We visited the sbi branch to check but they said this account is closed permanently and suggested to submit the application for account closure. How can they close account without any intimation even bank staff is also not supportive. I am very irritated with this branch staff. They always talking shouting like they are doing work jabarjasti. I request you kindly resolve my query and ask bank staff to cooperate with customer. I also have an account in icici and hdfc bank they always support the customer and talk very politely. I would request you kindly resolved my query asap.
