State Bank Of India [SBI] — Lesser amount credited in CDM

I have deposited rupees 6000/- through sbi cdm to my card linked account, but only 5500 credited to my account.
I have given a written compliant, but even after 48 hours the problem isn't resolved

I did the transaction on 07/06/2017 at 9.30 pm in trivandrum of kerala at sbi trivandrum branch cdm.
I was ddam sure about the denominations
