When we have visited sbi balakti branch, (Branch ifsc code sbin0012031) on 13/09/17 for a loan the branch manager behaved roughly and angrily on my father and on me. He said i can not give any loan to you. When he shouted at us. He said i have no time to discuss. His behavior is not good as per the general views of the customer of that area. Every one has bad experience with him. He can not handle customer properly. Every thing he says general people cant under stand. If any body asks twice anything he used to say i am busy i cant explain. He needs to be properly guided and warned by higher authority about his behavior. He has attitude that he is sanctiong loan as if he were the proprietor of the sbi. He don't use that sbi policy or sbi guide lines. He say my policy and i will not give loan or i will sanction. Poor and less educated people are harass about his behavior. He must be transferred from that office as demand by public.
