State Bank Of India [SBI] — loan showing in my account while i didn't applied

From last 2 years a crop loan is showing in my account but i didn't applied for it. It is reporting bad in cibil so my score is getting down. I requested many time to bank for removing that loan from my account and i gave a written complaint but there is no any work on that application.
Please remove that loan account from my name which does not belongs to me and repair my cibil score otherwise i will go to rbi lokpal or the court.

An amount of Rs 1600 from amazon has not been refunded in my bank account.
Refund refernece no.[protected]
The refund was processed from amazon on 29th june 2018
