Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing this to inform you that on 09/04/2021 my account ([protected]) got debited by Rs. 590/- in two transactions of Rs. 295 each against Mandate failure. I would further like to inform you that on 01/04/2021, my account balance was Rs. 22, 566/- (Copy of statement is attached)
On 02/04/2021, CMP Mandate Debut of Bajaj Finance Ltd. debited Rs. 16, 668/- in two transactions of Rs. 8, 334 each, but the entire amount was reversed in my account on the same day via bulk posting. Due to technical error, my account balance became low and therefore, Bajaj Finance could not debit my other two CMP Mandate. Despite the technical error, my account was unnecessarily debited with Rs. 590/- against the failure of the mandate (Copy of statement is attached).
Since on 01/04/2021, I had the required mandate balance of Rs. 21, 501/- (8, 334 + 6500 + 6667) in my account and due to above explained technical error, the mandate failure charges shouldn’t be applicable.
I hereby request you to review the transaction and reverse Rs. 590/- in my account on the basis of technical lapses. Looking forward to a positive response at the earliest from you.
