On continiuos by follow up b y mariti insurance agent i have taken car insurance from maruti insurance in tie up with sbi general insurance
I really shocked that my car met with an accident in surat city. On 02.06.2018. The front car applied sudden brake and i also applied brakes. The car from behind collided with such a force that the frnot side of the car collided with the back side of the front car and got damaged, this means in got ramped between two cars.
The insurance suryeyor says that insurance calin will be passed for the dame at the back portion of the car and front side is not justifiable.
Here do some one on his own destroy the front portion of the car, the surveyor should have the common senses that when the car is banged from the back its natural that it is goibng to collide with the front car which applied sudden barke.
I appeal that the claim and amount pertaining to front isde should also be passed otherwise i would appeal in consumer forum and claim. Till date it has not been repaired nor given the estimate for repairs.
