Dear sir / mam,
I jaiveer singh chouhan, the account holder of sbi chakar nagar branch ifsc:sbin0003547 account no. [protected] here by compaining about sbi chakar nagar branch here's staff is very cheap about to give customer services, i just tried to deposit rs.10000/- in my account in same branch but cashier redirected to me to get green remit card first, i tried to get form said i need to show pasbook to get remit card form some how i went to my home back to take my pasbook to get remit card form, i did and and after 20 min process i got green remit card and after follwing 20 min que of deposit, i reched at window cashier says give me the discription of the notes on the paper i told him about to get delay over whole process and paper less process and please give me specific format he returned my cash and said i am unable to count cash (Was chiwing gutkha verry poorly) but mistakely i used mobile phone while talking to him the sequrity gard had slaped me without asking any thing and and graved my pasbooks and mobile phone. I am very disappointed to the services of the bank as i am feeling that i m internally injured inside ear i am unable to listen clearly i would take madical checkup and claim and case to the court of india.
I really disappointed to the customer service and staff who are working in worlds largest bank and saying i am unable to count rs.10000/ only sorry so what you are green remit card holder and you understand paperless services and but give discription of the notes on the another paper.
Please look over the complained and do the needful.
