State Bank Of India [SBI] — misbehave by bank officials | |||
Today, i along with my husband went to your sbi gandhi chowk, nohar branch, previously known as sbbj, chest branch. I asked for cheque book. But after waiting for half an hour the concern staff came at 4.05 pm and said to come in the bank on next day. After meeting with bm to resolve the matter he said either lodge online through atm or come tomorrow. I said that i donot know the process. Then bm said either throw the atm or do whatever u can. His tone was very much misbehaving. I said that i shall close the account if this behavior is continued. Then he said just close the account. I wanted to let u know that my salary account is in your bank. Even due to this behavior in the past my husband shifted the entire school teachers account of sonari school to other bank in nohar. Passbook updated failed today, wthout a reason..i hv not updated my pass since april 2016, bt today whn i goes to the atm for updating passbook, its shows the updating failed, , cn u help me pls
