I visited sbi branch at kadakkal inkollam, kerala today (24/07/2017) 2:45pm for taking a demend draft. I got the token '281' and i waited there upto 4:15 pm and my number is displayed. I got the counter no.1 and remitted the money that the dd+charges, and she told me that wait the chamber that's for the costomers. After 15 minute, i enquired about dd. She told me that, i had to wait until the daily duties of bank would closed and she explained 'that is the rule of the bank'. And she misbehave to me infront of the all employees and costomers. Atlast the bank manager came from his chamber and enquired about the issue. I told him the exact issue and the other costomers sopported me, who were waiting for the dd like me. The manager gave us the dd with in 5 minute. The employee stated that the delay is due to printing purpose. The bank manager warned her infront o[censored]s and recieved the written complaint from me with my mob. No...
Here i stated that the humble request and complait of an ordinary man, who are suffering from this type of employees.
Kindly take necessary action into the employee.
