[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money could not be withdrawn from atm but it was debited

Tried to withdraw rs 10000/- from Andhra bank ATM(ID-136004) at Vedayapalem, Nellore using SBI debit card(No-[protected]) on 7.5.17(Tx ID-3380).But the ATM said to enter lesser amount.So I entered Rs 4000/-and got it.But the message from SBI says both the amounts i, e Rs 4000 and also Rs 10000 were debited.
Complained to toll free customer care number of SBI.But they did not send any Ticket number as promised to track my complaint.Very poor cusgtomer care service from SBI.

When I couldn't contact the SBI directly I complained through Consumer complaints and within days the complaint had been acted upon and the debited money was credited to my account on 25.5.17and a message was received on 27th confirming the action.Thank you very much for Consumer Complaints in taking my complaint to SBI notice.Thank you.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
