I did a Transaction of 6500 rupees on 17 March 2017 from [protected] (own A/C) to my other account number (CBI) by BHIM app via Aadhar pay section. Transaction was failed and Payment was not Received by Beneficiary account but the 6500 rupees amount is Debited from my Account.
I am continuously contacting customer care executive for refund related but no refunds even after 10 days of failed transaction.
I also raised issue via App for the transaction on same day but no refunds till now.

Why have I got the SBI Air India Platinum Card when I had only applied for the SBI Air India Signature Card for which I was approved and subsequently verified and informed of the Annual Card Fees I have to pay.
Please revert.
