I have done a payment of rs 1 using my atm cum debit card on 19/04/17. Except this payment i don't made any transaction on that day. I got a sms that rs 1 was debited from my account. But at afternoon when i check my account details i found their is no transaction of rs 1. But their is a transaction of rs 1161. I don't know how it possible. I don't any sms about the transaction of rs 1161, and even i don't get any otp for this transaction. So how it possible?? I complain to bank, but the refuse to refund my money
O at any condition i thin it is a fault of bank. So i want my moner return

State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not issuing atm card

I am customer of sbi and i am not happy at all .my branch is tuli bank code is 02132 and the manager is not issue my atm card neither taking well .the private bank provide more facility... so, kindly take action as fast i will be thank full to you...
