The first time i used my Debit card for an online transaction, while making the payment, it said ATM card not activated for online transaction, but the amount of Rs 1946 was debited from my account on 21st November 2022 in reference to Tkt no.[protected] in 3 months still not resolved.
2. I made a payment of Rs 22000 it said technical difficulties, so I made another payment of Rs. 22000 on the 24th of February. However the payment of Rs 22000 was debited and not credited after taking to customer service, since they said to wait for 24 hrs. Still nothing has been done. I have also registered a complain tkt no.[protected]. They said it would take 10 days to be resolved after speaking to the supervisor.
If they error why do i have to go through this inconvenience, I'm a single mother and in between shifting of houses and i need to make required payments towards my now place and need to manage with a little child. All they keep saying is "I'm sorry from my side and it will take 10 days to resolve." How am I to manage the month for their error?
I thought this was a good bank. But I regret to be associated with them.
