State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money debited from yono sbi but not credited to the receiver

Address: Chandranagar, Forest Colony, Opp Gyan Ganga School

Made an online transfer from my yono sbi lite of 1000 rs to a Bank of Baroda account yesterday[protected]. The money has been debited but not credited to the bank of baroda account. Raised a complaint on online sbi and got a ticket number i.e[protected]. But till now my problem is not resolved.

Today I got an email from SBI saying the amount has been credited to the bank of baroda account and case has been closed. But I checked and it's not been credited yet.
Please help...
