I have made transaction to paytm (Refno - ophpg546597) using debit card on 26th march 2017,
But the transaction got declined by the bank even after maintaining the sufficient balance and money also debited which is completely unexpected.
I have complaint 5 times to customer care (Complaint no:-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) regarding the issue. Every time the complaint is closed with some different reasons but still no response and the amount is not yet credited back to my account. As spoken with the branch manager he clearly mention cannot help me on this issue.
Also contacted to the paytm they did not received any amount. Please refer attached mail screenshot from paytm.
Kindly look into this issue as this is pending since last four months.
Please find the details below and attached copy of declined sms by bank.
