I have recharged my jio no, on 3rd july 2018 at 08:52:49 pm through myjio app using upi [protected]@icici, my account is debited and money deducted from my account. But the recharge is not done and also did not get my money back to my account.
I have used sbibhim upi app.

I have used sbi bhim upi app. I have attached the deduction statement from my bank also the debited sms from my bank.
I have complained in sbi site. They closed my complain but no refund.
Complaint with ticket no. [protected].
I have mailed to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in, but no response.
Very very poor customer service.
Please take necessary action so that i can get my money back.
