State Bank Of India [SBI] — money not received but deducted in my sbi bank

Sir,
My name ch. Venkateswara rao having account no [protected] in sbi, main road kakinada sbi main branch
On[protected] i withdraw rs. 4000.00 in boi atm but machine shows "your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows "time out".
After some time i got message that 5000 rs have been deducted from your account i have waited for one hour but did nt get the amount

Sir please do needful at the earliest.
