State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money not received through ATM but deducted from account

Hi, I am Richa Bhadauria. I have an account with SBI Railway Station Ghaziabad branch vide A/C No. [protected]. I used their Debit card to get cash(5000/-) from YES bank ATM machine near Ghaziabad Railway Station at bazaria on 16 October at around 6:00 PM. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Still the amount has been deducted from my account which I come to after some time. I also called SBI customer care but he again and again told that the complaint could not be feed due to server problem. therefore, i request you to take the matter in to consideration and solve my problem.
