While applying for the passport on Saturday i.e. 4th March 2017, I made payment under the ARN- 17-[protected] but the payment was failed and the amount was deducted from the account.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount .
For your reference attached is payment detail and payment failure detail.
Several mails have been already sent to the listed id i.e customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in but all in vain.
now even my passport is with me but the payment still is not refunded.
pathos !!! the management who harass the people despite solving the matter
