State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money transferred but showing pending

I had transferred Rs 5000 to Deepak Synthetics on 23 June 2021 using Amazon Pay but Deepak hasn't received the money yet and transfer is showing pending on my Amazon Pay and also the money hasn't refunded to my account yet.
