Hy even I am also not having a SBI account but ths types of messages came me also, , , SBI bank can u check your way of service, , Many hacking guys do like ths, , , be safe and secure your accounts..

Yes. I too received this type of message for the refund that I have received already. Let me know the response from bank. This SMS is not having any link. Hence unable to understand what for this message.
i have also received the same message saying A ITR REGISTERED ON YOUR PAN XXXX024H FOR RS XXXXX FOR AY 2021-22 CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT
