Dear concern manager or team. I was holding sbi credit card number :[protected] Name: dundu leela naveen kumar raja My contact number as per old records: [protected] and my other contact number: [protected]. Card settlement is made for 15000 rupees paid on may 6th 2017, still the records are not updated in the cibel account and sbi manager has promised and told it will be done in 40 days but cibel score is not updated and its very low. Its effecting me. Sbi manager has given one mail id : [protected]@sbi.com to send a mail if i face any issues or cibel record is not updated. Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [protected]@sbi.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. Learn more... This mail is sent in june and till dare mail is bouncing back but no response. Kindly update the records and thats why i have paid the settlement amount on that promise.
