State Bank Of India [SBI] — My refund money not get yet

Sir,
I ordered a product from amazon worth rs. 6939. Later i cancelled the order. They issue my refund money on april 28th. But so far it is reflected in my sbi account. I contact the customer service of sbi and contact home branch too. But they said that the refund money is not transferred to home branch yet. Sir my rs ref 69refund money is not get so far. Take an immediate action on this.

I was processing for chaque book on december 2016. chaque book was issue on 29 december 2016 & 69 rs also brought from my account but I can not got chaque book.. I went to sbi from last 4 months they give unsatisfactory answers.. So pleases do helpfull for that..
