State Bank Of India [SBI] — My saving account lock from 3 months

Respected sir,

I received mudra loan 50000 from your bank. My loan due only 914 rs. But my saving account lock from last (April to june) three months & my saving bank account balance is 16000. There are no response from state bank of india branch rajur, tal-akole, dist-ahmednagar.
Why debited si failure charges from my account & why my account is locked.
Please resolve my problem & give me si failure charges return to my account.
